We are currently hiring for the following positions:

  1. Experienced Forester
    Compensation: $37/hour, 32 hours per week
    Help us manage and restore forest ecosystems by integrating Indigenous knowledges with modern practices to strengthen climate resilience.
  2. Experienced Food/Herb Grower
    Compensation: $37/hour, 32 hours per week
    Work alongside community members to cultivate traditional food and medicinal plants, supporting food sovereignty and climate adaptation.
  3. Community Advocate
    Compensation: $32/hour, 24 hours per week
    If you are deeply involved in the Nipmuc community, this role allows you to advocate for climate resilience and ensure that our community’s needs and voices are central to the project.
  4. Land Steward/Advocate – 3 positions
    Compensation: $28/hour, 32 hours per week
    Help preserve and enhance Nipmuc lands by restoring ecosystems, protecting culturally significant resources, and integrating Indigenous knowledges into land stewardship.
